• Anonymous Contributions: If you select the "Keep my name anonymous" option, your identity is masked in public registries, displaying only "Devoted Well-Wisher (Anonymous)".
• Contact & Committee Inquiries: When submitting committee details or contacting our pilgrim desk, we collect the coordinator name, phone number, email, and inquiry message.
• Technical Device & Routing Logs: Standard server access logs (browser type, operating system, timestamp) collected strictly for cybersecurity, DDoS mitigation, and capacity load management.

3. Purpose of Information Utilization

Any information submitted through our portal is utilized strictly for consecrated and operational purposes:

• Generating unique digital acknowledgment references (e.g. DON-20261016-XXXXX) for voluntary seva.
• Responding to pilgrim inquiries regarding pandal locations, emergency hospital contacts, and Nadia train/bus routes.
• Maintaining the public Devotee Roll of Honor for recognized cultural patrons.
• Ensuring high server availability and preventing malicious cyber activity during the high-traffic festive week.
