Disclaimer & Cultural Notice
কৃষ্ণনগর জগদ্ধাত্রী পূজা ডিজিটাল পোর্টালের আইনি ও সাংস্কৃতিক দাবিত্যাগ
1. Non-Commercial Cultural Initiative
krishnagarjagadhatripuja.com and jagadhatripujashala.com are independent, non-commercial public cultural platforms conceived to celebrate, document, and archive the sacred 260+ years of history, clay idol artistry, and devotional festivities of Krishnagar Jagadhatri Puja.
2. Autonomy of Individual Puja Committees
Each Jagadhatri Puja listed in our directory—including Chasapara Barowari (Maa Buri Maa), Krishnanagar Rajbari, Baghmara Barowari, Palpara, and 30+ other committees—operates as an independent, autonomous public trust, community barowari, or private family committee.
- Internal committee decisions, bhog distribution schedules, pushpanjali arrangements, VIP entry passes, and immersion slot allotments are governed strictly by the respective committee executives.
- This portal acts as an archival, informational, and GPS navigation guide and holds no administrative authority over individual pandal grounds.
3. Traffic Routes, Road Closures & Police Regulations
All route information and GPS coordinates provided on this portal are published for general orientation and pedestrian assistance. During the peak festival days (Mahaastami, Mahanavami, and Dashami immersion), pedestrian flow patterns, one-way vehicular entry, toto restrictions, and barricaded green corridors are enforced strictly and dynamically by the Nadia District Police and local traffic authorities. Pilgrims are advised to follow all on-ground police instructions.
4. Directory & Emergency Numbers
Telephone numbers for hospitals, police control rooms, ambulance providers, and fire services are collected, verified, and updated in good faith on our Emergency Telephone Book. However, telephone network availability, line congestion during emergencies, or duty shift reassignments are beyond our technical control. In life-threatening emergencies, visitors should always dial standard national emergency services (112, 100 for Police, 102 for Ambulance, 101 for Fire).
5. Photography & Cultural Attribution
Photographs and digital media featured on this portal are published with devotional intent to celebrate the sacred darshan of Devi Jagadhatri, the master craftsmanship of Ghurni clay artisans, and the royal history of Maharaja Krishnachandra Ray. If you are an artist, photographer, or committee secretary and believe any media attribution requires modification, please contact our editorial desk for immediate respectful adjustment.
